What is Arrhythmia?

Arrhythmia is a heart condition where you feel irregularities of the heartbeat. You can experience a too fast, too slow or too early heartbeat when you have Arrhythmia. Some Arrhythmias have no particular symptoms. But sometimes, people feel dizziness, breathlessness, and palpitation. There are various causes of heart disease, including diabetes, mental stress, and smoking.

Causes:

When the electrical impulses of your heart get interrupted, it causes the irregularities. A person having a healthy heart has 60-100 beats per minute while resting. The fit person has a lower resting heart rate. There are numerous factors that cause the issue and they are mentioned below.

Symptoms:
